Requirements
- Direct experience working with bread
- Experience with sourdough and croissants will be strongly considered
- Able to work early shifts (05:00 – 15:00)
- Clean, organised, and able to manage time well
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
Working Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 10 hours per day (1 hour break)
- 2 days off per week

FRONT OF HOUSE
Our front of house team is the face of LARDER.
We’re looking for people who enjoy hospitality, understand good service, and can create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Position Available
Service Staff / Waiter / Waitress
Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 THB++
(Salary negotiable depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests
- Explain menu items and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Deliver food and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guests have a great experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Previous service experience preferred
- Basic English communication
- Friendly, attentive, and service-minded
Working Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 10 hours per day (1 hour break)
- 2 days off per week

We’re looking for cooks who respect ingredients, stay organised under pressure, and work well as part of a team.

Chef de Partie (CDP) – 1 position
Demi Chef de Partie (Demi-CDP) – 1 position
Salary: 14,000 – 16,000 THB
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place
- Execute orders during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Prepare staff meals
- Support the kitchen team when needed
Requirements
- Kitchen experience
- Able to communicate in English
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong teamwork and supportive attitude
- Able to solve problems and adapt during service
Working Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 10 hours per day
- 3-month probation period
